Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues related to landscape services and maintenance.
- Attend site visits and tender show round
- Prepare quotes and landscape maintenance reports
- Coordinate work orders with ground crew
- Dealing with complaints from client on site
- Prepare maintenance schedule
- To be responsible for the administrative and operational for landscape project aspects, including liaise with customers for project requirements and progress
