We realise the importance in workplace learning at our company as it acts as the springboard for the development of our committed team here.
Our journey was not a lonely journey as we had the support of our industry partners from NACE Led by NYP and Republic Polytechnic , we are excited for what is to come in this journey!

I had the privilege of joining Andrea Heng and Hairianto Diman on their radio show to discuss a critical topic for businesses that operate outdoors in Singapore: ensuring the safety and well-being of workers operating outdoors as weather conditions become more unpredictable.
I shared our approach at BNL on rolling out safety measures to protect our team from the harsh elements. At BNL, the health and safety of our workers is a top priority, and we are committed to adapting our guidelines to meet these new challenges head-on. We are thankful for all our partners who understand these challenges and allow us the time to recalibrate our operations to suit these changes.
This conversation emphasized how important it is for all companies to take proactive steps in safeguarding their workers, especially with turbulent weather on the horizon. The recent guidelines from Ministry of Manpower and WSH Council is a great starting point for all companies.

I spent a week at the recent IFAT worldwide held in Munich, gaining insights on how other companies and countries are improving their sustainability initiatives with technological advancements.

To incite change, we have to embrace change ourselves.
It was with great pleasure to be a part of the Enterprise Growth Conference by Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI).
During the panel talk of this conference, I shared the stage with GOH Minister of State for Education Ms. Siow Huang Gan who shared the vision the nation has for a skills-first strategy and the support that is available for companies looking to navigate the changing economic landscape.
There panel talk was engaging and highly insightful, as I learnt from (CEO of IHRP) Aslam S. , (CHRO, ST Logistics) Tan Wong Tong and (Group head of learning & transformation, OCBC) Aye Wee Yap on how they approached implementing different strategies to develop skills-based strategies in their organization.
